How long does it take?
We are based in the UK and ship via Royal Mail, and packages usually arrive within 2-11 days of dispatch, however we do ask that international customers wait up to 4 weeks from dispatch before contacting us, as we've found that orders can be delayed often! We promise it's not our fault!!

Can I have a tracking number?
Absolutely! HOWEVER, these only come with tracked and signed shipping for international orders (which we highly, highly recommend!). We understand that this is a little bit more expensive, but it does ensure that your order gets to you safely!

What if I don't receive my order?
If you've been waiting for a while and your order still hasn't arrived, please contact us and we'll figure something out for you! We don't bite!!

Most likely, it's out of stock! We'll always tell you if a product is limited, otherwise it'll be back soon!

Do you take requests for custom orders?
Unfortunately not at this time!
